I have the very same tent and I’ve used it many times and I’ve never had any other problems that were stated in this video. I think this person is a little bit picky and maybe should be staying in a cabin rather than a tent.

What I dont get is the fact that allethrin isn't safe when inhaled, however, under the section "exposure limit", there is no information on recreational use. I get that it works, but this gives of some Monsanto vibes.

It may work, but it’s relatively very expensive to use. The claimed burn time is exaggerated. Real time experiments and average costs of refills send the hourly cost of this unit at nearly $8 PER HOUR! I’ll stick with deep woods off.

These stoves were invented as replacements for alcohol chafing butners. AKA buffet ranges. They're intended for tableside service in restaurants. Think Bananas Foster or other flambe'. Pre Y2K they were sold by doomsday companies as emergency gear. And for that, they're superior. More stable, and dead simple to use. Get one for power outages. Or short term car camping. Good part is that the fuel is now everywhere that sells camping stuff. Before you'd need to hit a restaurant supply place. You've welcome.

A silicone tent would be a good idea Fire and water proof. Almost.

This video is the only one that set up the tent completely. I wanted to see how the door mat was placed. I couldn't find any info on the door mat in the Coleman instruction. This person was the most knowledgeable on the tent. Most of the other videos the people, or person, was winging it for the first time.

I just bought my second cabin tent. The first one (a Coleman 6 man) lasted 14 years and now that I am retired the ease of setup and inside head space are wonderful.

So if you are roughing it and don't have hydro. You got to purchase some sort of battery device it can plug on into. And who knows how long the battery can last with this device. And how much does the battery cost? But when the battery device dies. You are out of luck Would need to get the battery charged again. And so how? When you have no hydro to begin with. So the device would need to have D cell batteries instead. And perhaps if it ever did take D cell batteries. It might use up that battery power very fast. Also you got to obviously purchase the device. And the cartridges cost 20 dollars after every 36 hours. So this is going to be about 200 dollars just to get started. Especially if you are camping without hydro. This is not including cartridges. And yet I hear people say it does a great job. But I can imagine that its not as great as people say it is.

I appreciate your review but you are wrong about the waterproofing. Thats a combination of condensation and the odd way you tied the ropes - not a leaky tent. Thats literally why the tent is designed with an inner and an outer layer. Its a real shame your review has put people off buying it who wouldn't know better and take your word for face value. You should honestly consider taking this review down.

Not the best idea. Permethrin is highly toxic. If you have cats do not use it ever. It is a neuro toxin. Better to pick the tick off after than poison yourself.

You should declare if you are sponsored. Buy it and you are locked in to buying their expensive refills.
